I am a qualified counsellor who provides empathetic, confidential, non-judgemental counselling to adults and young people (13+).
About me and my practice
I am passionate about working with men, women and young people to explore issues and overcome difficulties to improve their mental wellbeing. Whether you are experiencing depression or anxiety, for example, or the feeling of being 'stuck' or unfulfilled I believe counselling can be transformative.
Using my Gestalt training I can incorporate creative tools and challenge to adjust to the needs of the client. My sessions encourage new perspectives and understanding. I have knowledge and skills to work with everyone as an individual, in a way that will be effective for them.
